Cutting costs: maximizing results

One of the main ways business owners are cutting costs is outsourcing for administrative tasks. Lets look at an example. As a business owner you need to manage the day to day tasks of your business, marketing, and responding to all customers within a timely manner. How much of this could you delegate to free up some of your time? An hour a day? Two...three? And what price do you put on your time?
You know you need support but you can't afford to hire a dedicated administrative assistant or you don't have enough tasks to support one even part time. What if you need something done, say starting up your social media presence to promote your business, yet you have no idea where to start, or just don't have the time to manage that. Well, what about a Virtual Assistant? You can delegate tasks that you don't have the time for as well as tasks you don't have the knowledge of how to complete. All it takes is reaching out and seeing how you can partner with someone today.
